Left-Hand Drive Vehicles:
Left Hand Drive vehicles are allowed to be import in the country.
Documents Required
- Certificate of Title and Registration - must be original
- Commercial/Purchase Invoice – original, for new vehicles (less than 6 months old)
- Original Bill of Lading
- Drivers License & International Insurance Policy (green card) & diplomatic exemption documents
Importing a Vehicle:
- Only diplomats are allowed to import used vehicles, provided the diplomat’s mission provides diplomatic exemption for importation of the vehicle.
- Registration number, engine and chassis numbers must be on OBL/AWB and inventory.
