Shipping Ports:
Port of Apia is the principal port of the country.
Age Restriction:
No more than 8 years from the year of manufacture. Cars manufactured in year 2010 and onwards are allowed for import.
Right Hand Drive Vehicles:
Import of right-hand drive vehicles is permitted.
Inspection
All used vehicles and machinery are required to be inspected on arrival, and undergo a water blasting treatment. Importers are advised to arrange for their vehicles and machinery to be thoroughly cleaned of all contamination prior to shipping.

- Export Certificate
- Other documents as per customs requirements.
Duties and Taxes:
- Customs Duty (For All Imported Goods): 5% to 20%
- VAGST (Value Added Goods and Services Tax): 15%
