Being a landlocked country, Mali do not have it’s own port so it shares the port from other country like, Mauritania (Port Nouakchott).
Left-Hand Drive Vehicles:
Importation of left hand drive vehicles are allowed in the country.
Documents Required:
- Original Registration Card
- Original Bill of Lading (OBL)
- Non-sale Certificate
- Purchase Invoice / Certificate of Value
Duties and Taxes:
- If the motor vehicle is new, tax is 44percent of the Argus value + EUR 40.00 / year
- If the motor is 10 years or older, tax is 44percent of the Argus value + 10 x 40 = EUR 400.00)
